The Ideals and Objectives of the Society

A) All Bengalis in different cities of India for the purpose of establishing unity among the Modak community, spreading education, economic development, national ideology and social upliftment and achieving unity and overall development among them and to establish Modak community in different cities and provinces of India.

B) Introduce exchange of marital relations between different Modak communities of different states and provinces. Encouragement of non-caste marriages in the spirit of eradication of caste system.

C) To establish marriage communication and empathy with the marriageable spouses of the Modak community.

D) To take effective measures for the purpose of eradication of dowry in marriage.

E) To help the responsible members of the society as much as possible.

F) To encourage the members of the society in national business and to make efforts for the overall improvement of the Modak community through this society.

G) To encourage the efforts to collect and compile historical information and history of the Modak community. Representing the entire Modak community of different provinces in India.

H) We keep trying to establishment and management of schools, libraries, book banks etc.

I) To publish and control periodicals, notices and details for the development of necessary knowledge among the people of Modak community.

J) To provide books and financial assistance to alleviate the shortage of students of deprived castes and deprived castes of the Modak community, to provide necessary funds or other assistance and incentives for employment or small business.

K) To collect the necessary funds for the purpose of the association, to collect donations and one-time donations or to do any kind of financial business or to take diversification of the organization.

L) Construction, maintenance, repair, exchange and purchase, sale, rent, lease or mortgage of the necessary and unclaimed property of the society and to receive donations, loans or property and invest the quoted funds in the need of the society.

M) To improve the educational and economic standards of the backward and underdeveloped Modak community in terms of education and economy. To provide guidance for the greater good of the entire Modak society by changing and enacting social customs or rules.

N) To perform any other legitimate work if necessary for the benefit and purpose of the association.

The property and income of the association shall be spent on the ideals and purposes of the association. No part of it shall be donated or distributed among the members as dividend.
